Site Reliability Engineer III

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer III to own the observability, monitoring, and incident response for our hybrid cloud environment. The role focuses on Azure platforms and ensures the reliability and performance of mission‑critical healthcare and enterprise workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Datadog, Grafana‑Prometheus, Dynatrace, Elastic and related tools.
• Define and standardize SLIs, SLOs and SLAs, create dashboards and automated alerts to detect service degradations.
• Develop on‑call runbooks, lead blameless post‑incident reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Build automation for self‑healing systems, remediation workflows and incident mitigation.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning across multi‑cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with security, network and system engineering teams to embed observability within compliance frameworks.
• Mentor engineering staff on observability tools, monitoring strategies and incident management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud operations, preferably on Azure.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise observability platforms (Datadog, Dynatrace, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, LogicMonitor).
• Strong understanding of metrics, logs, traces and distributed system monitoring.
• Proactive mindset toward reliability engineering and incident response.
