Site Contracts Specialist – Italian Speaking

About the role

The Site Contracts Specialist will lead multi‑country projects, negotiating and preparing contracts and budgets for industry‑sponsored clinical trials. This remote position requires strong contract management expertise and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and review site‑specific contracts from country CTA templates, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Negotiate budgets and contracts with sites, sponsors, and the Site Contracts Service Centre until issues are resolved.
• Perform quality control, execute CTAs, archive documents, and capture metadata.
• Administer contract management processes, coordinating protocol, consent, investigator, vendor, and customer agreements.
• Identify operational risks, provide solutions, and escalate deviations to leadership.
• Support business development, represent site contracts in internal or customer meetings, and track milestones in real‑time.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Moderate contract management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development, trial phases II‑IV, ICH GCP, and start‑up processes.
• Project management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
