Site Contracts Specialist – Italian Speaking

About the role

The Site Contracts Specialist will lead multi‑country projects, negotiating and preparing contracts and budgets for industry‑sponsored clinical trials. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, sponsors, and sites to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and executed on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and prepare site‑specific contracts and investigator budgets from country CTA templates.
• Perform quality control, execute CTAs, archive documents and capture metadata.
• Administer contract management processes, coordinating with protocol, consent, investigator, vendor and customer agreements.
• Identify and mitigate contract or process risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Support business development, represent site contracts in internal and customer meetings, and track milestones in the SSU system.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Moderate contract management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development, trial phases II‑IV and ICH GCP.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
