Site Activation Coordinator (North America Team)

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Site Activation Coordinator for its North America team, based in Buenos Aires. Under moderate supervision, the role covers feasibility, site identification, regulatory and start-up activities for clinical studies, in line with regulations, SOPs and project requirements. It is described as a junior position suitable for someone with some experience who wants to move into site activation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for investigative sites in assigned studies, working closely with the Site Activation Manager, the project management team and other departments
• Prepare site documents and review them for completeness and accuracy
• Track and follow up the approval and execution of documents such as questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory, ethics and informed consent form (ICF) release documents, and the Investigator Pack
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal team members
• Maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans
• Report on site performance metrics and ensure contracts are fully executed

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• At least 1 year of clinical research experience
• Advanced level of English, as the role involves working with North American sites
