ServiceNow Solution Architect

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The role ensures the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives while driving innovation through AI‑enabled capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple ServiceNow modules and lead end‑to‑end solution architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow designs and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third‑party tools.
• Define platform standards, architectural patterns, and best practices, and review technical designs, scripts, data models, and integration approaches.
• Support presales activities, including solution demos and technical proposals, and mentor developers and technical consultants.

Required profile

• 9+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 2 years in an architecture or technical lead role.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (mandatory); CTA or CMA preferred.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, data model, CMDB, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Experience with ServiceNow portal, widget development, AngularJS, and AI features such as Now Assist and Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server) and security best practices.
