ServiceNow Business Analyst

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is hiring a ServiceNow Business Analyst (Senior Associate) within its Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network. The role helps clients optimise operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation and support of ServiceNow applications, working in a team specialising in ServiceNow consulting. It focuses on building client relationships, managing deployments and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs to implement ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency
• Manage ServiceNow deployment projects and confirm seamless integration and use of applications
• Provide training and support to clients on using ServiceNow software
• Work with clients to find ways to optimise business processes through ServiceNow
• Use analytical thinking to turn complex concepts into actionable insights
• Apply configuration management to maintain application security and compliance
• Use agile methodology to adapt to changing project requirements
• Mentor junior team members in ServiceNow consulting practices
• Interpret data to inform strategic recommendations and follow information security and data protection principles

Required profile

• 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong experience gathering requirements, running workshops, process mapping, user stories, UAT and stakeholder management
• Oral and written English proficiency

Required skills

• Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB / asset management, procurement or related ServiceNow modules is a plus
• Understanding of ITIL processes and software licensing concepts
• Agile methodology experience is a plus
