About the role

The Service Supervisor leads a team of Service Technicians and Team Leaders, ensuring equipment installations, services, and repairs are performed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule Service Technicians, communicate repair plans, and monitor productivity and quality.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews, and professional growth opportunities.
• Manage service logistics, safety, and efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Develop and review quotes, update customers on repair status, and handle warranty concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement and monitor branch goals and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Intermediate-level experience in a technical field with team‑leadership responsibilities.
• College or university degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to interpret financial indicators and make business decisions.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.

• Diagnostic software for troubleshooting and validating repairs.
• Electronic service tools for hardware and software diagnostics.
• Service management system for documenting work and tracking warranty claims.
