Service Sales Representative – Contract Recapture

About the role

Otis is looking for a Service Sales Representative focused on recapturing maintenance contracts currently held by competitors. The role drives portfolio growth, builds strategic commercial relationships, and expands market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in buildings, condominiums, construction firms, and property management companies.
• Conduct active prospecting through calls, on‑site visits, and strategic contacts.
• Build and strengthen relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals.
• Lead negotiations and guide the sales process to contract closure.
• Maintain and update opportunities in the CRM, ensuring proper pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee successful implementation of recovered contracts.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative sales, business development or similar commercial roles.
• Proven experience in active prospecting, client generation and market entry.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Result‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple business opportunities.
• Experience with CRM tools is valued.
