SEO Specialist – Remote (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEO Specialist to execute on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO tasks for multiple cannabis‑industry clients. Working remotely with the SEO Lead, you will ensure that every SEO deliverable is implemented accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO implementation and quality assurance across client websites.
• Manage technical SEO health, conduct audits and resolve issues.
• Oversee content publishing processes and perform pre‑launch reviews.
• Coordinate local SEO initiatives and Google Business Profile management.
• Track backlinks, monitor performance metrics and produce regular reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of all SEO campaigns and operational deliverables.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in local, on‑page and technical SEO.
• Detail‑oriented operator who follows processes and reviews work thoroughly.
• Proactive communicator who identifies issues early and provides updates without prompting.
• Highly organized self‑starter able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Enjoys execution, continuous improvement and operational excellence rather than pure strategy.
