SEO Specialist – AI Search

About the role

Dialpad is seeking an SEO Specialist focused on AI Search (GEO/AEO) to boost the company’s visibility in generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. You will work closely with the Sr. Manager, SEO and collaborate across design, PR and social teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement GEO/AEO/SEO tactics to improve AI search rankings and generate organic leads.
• Create, edit and publish AI‑generated content on the website using tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
• Partner with design to refresh images and produce new visuals for published content.
• Run GEO tests and support conversion rate optimization experiments.
• Drive external visibility through outreach, backlinking and engagement on platforms such as Reddit.
• Utilize AI tools and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, AI visibility tools) for keyword research, competitive analysis and ranking monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Psychology or a related field.
• 2+ years of SEO or marketing communications experience.
• Experience writing, editing and publishing website content.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
• Hands‑on experience using SEO platforms like Ahrefs.
• Ability to conduct GEO/AEO keyword and prompt research.
• Basic knowledge of CRO testing and backlink outreach.
