SEO Manager – Remote (Global)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead the SEO department of a digital marketing agency that serves home‑service businesses. The role requires full ownership of strategy, team leadership, and performance tracking, with a focus on data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Create, implement and continuously refine SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions for painting contractor clients.
• Test and adjust tactics based on performance metrics and analytics.
• Lead, mentor and delegate tasks to a team of SEO specialists, ensuring high‑quality and timely delivery.
• Use data‑driven metrics to evaluate SEO performance, identify improvement areas and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Align SEO initiatives with broader client marketing goals to deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience managing SEO teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience with local SEO for service‑area businesses; home‑services background is a plus.
