SEO Manager – Remote (Global)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead the SEO department of a digital marketing agency that serves home‑service businesses. The role is fully remote and involves developing data‑driven strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions for painting contractor clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create, implement and continuously refine SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and conversions.
• Test and adjust tactics based on performance data.
• Lead, mentor and delegate tasks to a team of SEO specialists.
• Use data‑driven metrics to assess performance, identify improvements and align SEO work with broader marketing goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience managing SEO teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency, preferably with local SEO for service‑area businesses.
• Background in the home‑services industry is a plus.
