SEO Manager – Growth & Performance (WordPress)

About the role

Otte Polo Group is seeking a high‑performance SEO Manager to lead and execute SEO strategies across its portfolio of brands. This role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership, focusing on turning organic traffic into a predictable revenue channel.

Key responsibilities

• Own the organic growth roadmap for all brands, setting KPIs tied to traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate SEO specialists, content writers, and technical support.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, optimize WordPress pages, improve internal linking, and implement schema markup.
• Oversee backlink strategy, track rankings, traffic, and lead quality, and pivot quickly when needed.
• Align SEO initiatives with paid media and partnership efforts to maximize impact.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience in a growth‑focused environment.
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic with measurable ROI.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable challenging ineffective tactics.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small SEO team.

Required skills

• Technical SEO (site health, indexing, schema, performance).
• WordPress (page builders, plugins, technical structure).
• On‑page optimization and keyword‑intent strategy.
• Link‑building and backlink authority building.
• Conversion‑focused optimization.
• Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush.
