Senior/Lead Mobile Engineer (React Native)

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Mobile Engineer to own the architecture, release process, and long‑term technical health of a reader mobile application built with React Native and distributed via Expo and EAS. You will focus on maintainability, release predictability, and developer experience while supporting a high‑impact product used by Fortune 500 brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical architecture of the React Native app.
• Improve and manage the Expo/EAS build and release pipeline.
• Handle App Store and Google Play submissions.
• Enhance CI/CD, build automation, and deployment workflows.
• Implement architectural improvements and performance optimizations.
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Occasionally develop new product features when required for architectural work.

Required profile

• 4+ years of production experience with React Native.
• Upper‑intermediate English communication skills.
