Senior Visual Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to lead the design of our public‑facing marketing site. You will shape the visual identity of the brand on the web, creating landing pages, institutional pages and campaign experiences that attract and engage visitors before they reach the product.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design of the marketing site, from concept through launch and iteration.
• Translate marketing goals and business priorities into clear, compelling web experiences.
• Focus on visual details such as typography, spacing, motion and micro‑interactions to make the site feel alive.
• Collaborate closely with a frontend engineer to implement designs with precision.
• Iterate quickly: sketch multiple directions, produce high‑fidelity mockups, ship and refine.
• Apply a product mindset to each page, considering user flow, funnel impact and metrics.
• Help evolve the visual language and design system for the public site.

Required profile

• Solid experience in web and visual design, either at an agency or in‑house, across multiple brands.
• Strong product‑design thinking: focus on users, metrics and business goals.
• Obsessive attention to visual detail—type, spacing, motion.
• Ability to create purposeful animations and know when motion adds value.
• Independent decision‑making and a portfolio showcasing high‑craft real‑world sites.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment where priorities shift.
• Collaborative attitude: work closely with engineers and push back when needed.
