Senior UI Technical Designer (Unreal Engine 5)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UI Technical Designer to translate UX and visual direction into production‑ready UI specifications and prototypes for Unreal Engine 5. The role bridges design and engineering, ensuring reliable, cross‑platform UI implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Define UI flows, user journeys, and interaction models for in‑game screens and features.
• Build and maintain a scalable UI component system with patterns, variants, and states.
• Author detailed behavior rules, including navigation, focus order, input handling, and edge‑case states.
• Collaborate daily with engineers and UI artists to ensure feasibility, performance, and consistency.
• Review implementations, provide feedback, and adjust designs based on technical constraints and QA findings.

Required profile

• Strong UI/UX foundation with 3+ years of experience shipping digital products or game UI.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto‑layout, and handoff documentation.
• Practical understanding of Unreal UI constraints and workflows.
• Experience designing responsive UI for multiple resolutions, aspect ratios, and safe‑area considerations.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.
