Senior Technical Recruiter – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

Kelly is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with a fast‑growing open‑source software and AI solutions client. The role is fully remote in Argentina and operates under a client‑managed Recruitment on Demand model, providing all tools, systems, and training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from intake to offer.
• Recruit for Software Engineering, Product Management, UX/UI Design, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics and related functions.
• Conduct intake meetings to define hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
• Source passive candidates through multiple channels and conduct recruiter screenings.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Present qualified candidates with clear assessments and recommendations.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and interview teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the client’s ATS.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience while handling multiple concurrent requisitions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing abilities.
• Ability to manage several high‑priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Independent, fast‑paced work style.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
