Senior Technical Recruiter – LATAM Tech & AI Talent

About the role

OneSeven Tech is expanding its recruiting engine to support AI transformation projects across multiple industries. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for senior technical contractor positions, focusing on LATAM talent and delivering candidates to US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for multiple senior technical roles, from sourcing to client presentation.
• Build and maintain pipelines in Airtable, tracking stages, scores, and documentation.
• Conduct English‑language screening calls, assess technical depth, seniority, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments using Coderbyte and interpret results with technical stakeholders.
• Flag risks early, cross‑reference strong candidates for other openings, and keep inbound applications up‑to‑date in GoHire.
• Maintain clean, English‑language notes in Airtable and Slack for internal and client communication.

Required profile

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in consultancy, staff‑augmentation, or digital‑agency environments.
• Fluent English (near‑native, C1+) for conducting screens and evaluating candidate language proficiency.
• Proven track record recruiting senior engineering roles (backend, AI/ML, full‑stack, DevOps, architecture, C‑suite).
• Experience working fixed hours 9 AM‑5 PM EST.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with ability to work independently.
