We are seeking a sourcing powerhouse who lives inside LinkedIn Recruiter and AI‑driven tools like JuiceBox. You will own your pipeline like a business, move at high speed, and never let a warm lead go cold. This role demands a hunter mentality, relentless urgency, and a passion for delivering qualified talent daily.

Key responsibilities

• Craft precise Boolean strings and manage LinkedIn Recruiter Spotlights, Recommended Matches, and InMail quotas.
• Leverage JuiceBox (or equivalent AI sourcing tool) to discover high‑fit profiles, enrich data, and accelerate outreach.
• Execute proactive multi‑channel outreach, following up purposefully across email, phone, and social platforms.
• Maintain a clean, action‑ready pipeline, surfacing qualified candidates quickly and flagging blockers.
• Own pipeline metrics: outreach response rates, submission‑to‑interview ratios, and time‑to‑fill.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle or sourcing‑focused recruiting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an AI sourcing tool such as JuiceBox.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Demonstrated proactive sourcing habits and an urgency‑driven work style.
• Experience recruiting for US or global tech, fintech, or startup companies.
• Power‑user of Boolean search and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
