Senior Technical Project Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Devsu is seeking a motivated Senior Technical Project Manager to lead multiple software projects remotely across Latin America. You will ensure project health, accelerate delivery from idea to production, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project profitability and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Prioritize work during sprint planning and coordinate releases with product, tech, and client stakeholders.
• Manage risks, resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, or quality, and ensure smooth release processes.
• Facilitate communication of project plans, commitments, and changes to all stakeholders.
• Negotiate, plan, and oversee all product development activities, including resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of product or project management experience in software projects.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in software development, testing, or operations.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and solve problems proactively.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
