Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

CookUnity, a food marketplace founded by chefs, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-impact searches across Product, Data and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, mainly supporting hiring in the U.S. and LATAM. The portfolio includes senior individual contributor, leadership and executive-level positions. This is a hybrid role, primarily remote, with in-person collaboration at the Palermo office a few days each month.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for high-impact roles, including senior leadership and executive searches.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders, offering structured processes, market insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead intake meetings, define search strategies and turn business needs into candidate profiles and assessment plans.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Champion the candidate experience and run a consistent interview process from first contact through close.
• Lead interviewer calibration, debriefs and structured decision-making to support inclusive, high-quality hires.
• Partner with stakeholders across the U.S. and LATAM, adapt strategies to each market and maintain a consistent hiring bar.
• Lead offer management and negotiation, and use data to track progress and improve hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience sourcing and recruiting across functions.
• Proven success recruiting for Product and Data roles, and GTM functions such as Growth, Marketing, Sales and Strategic Partnerships.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
• Experience hiring in the U.S. and LATAM, including with U.S.-headquartered companies.
• Confidence advising hiring managers and senior leaders while providing hands-on support.
• Advanced or bilingual English; ability to leverage generative AI to improve output quality and speed.

Required skills

• Applicant tracking system fluency; the company uses Greenhouse.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple searches.
• Preferred: employer branding experience and deep knowledge of talent market dynamics.
