Senior Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic freelance professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this position you will support our hiring initiatives by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent for a variety of technical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and objectives.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to work on a freelance basis.
