Senior Statistical Programmer – Pharmacometrics Support

About the role

The Principal Statistical Programmer will ensure the accuracy and integrity of statistical programming for clinical trial projects, working remotely from home. This role requires strong expertise in R and SAS and familiarity with CDISC ADaM and SDTM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and validate complex datasets and outputs using SAS, adhering to CDISC ADaM and SDTM models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise statistical programming processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance on statistical methodologies and mentor junior programmers.
• Lead initiatives to enhance programming tools, workflows and departmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years experience with efficacy analysis (ADaM datasets & TLFs) or 4+ years in ADaM statistical programming on clinical trials.
• Advanced English proficiency and native Spanish or Portuguese (LATAM).
• Proven ability to lead and manage programming teams and handle confidential project data.
