Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join QuintoAndar’s technology team. The role is remote‑first, allowing you to work from anywhere in Argentina while collaborating with cross‑functional squads to build and evolve our real‑estate platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and solve complex software issues and influence product evolution.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, from definition and development to testing, production, and maintenance.
• Design and maintain scalable, reliable architectures and RESTful APIs, applying best practices in code quality and design patterns.
• Handle incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, create post‑mortems, and implement improvements.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, conduct code and design reviews, and drive process enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a data‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese for communication and documentation.
