About the role

Dr. Brace is scaling its orthopedic brand presence on TikTok and Instagram and needs a senior social media leader who can turn viral mechanics into sustainable audience growth. You will own the organic strategy, leverage AI tools for rapid content creation, and translate performance data into actionable growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic growth roadmap for TikTok and Instagram, targeting 1M+ followers.
• Produce short‑form video concepts, scripts, and assets using AI‑powered tools.
• Monitor platform algorithms, audience behavior, and analytics to iterate content quickly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align social content with brand messaging and product launches.
• Report weekly performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and retention.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven organic growth experience on TikTok and Instagram.
• Track record of scaling accounts to 100K+ followers and generating millions of organic views.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Portfolio showcasing short‑form video production and measurable growth results.
