Senior Shopify Developer (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Shopify developer to create high‑performing landing pages and custom storefront experiences for our eCommerce clients. The position is fully remote, open to candidates in Latin America, with required overlap with New York business hours (9 am–5 pm EST).

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive Shopify landing pages from Figma designs using Replo, Liquid and custom code.
• Create reusable sections and templates for new offers, angles and tests.
• Own development across product detail pages, homepages, collections, navigation, carts and upsell flows.
• Develop dynamic Shopify components with Liquid, JSON templates, schema, metafields and metaobjects.
• Integrate subscription and experimentation apps such as Recharge, Skio and other platforms.
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for code generation, debugging, refactoring and documentation.
• Collaborate with strategists and designers to turn briefs into clean, testable experiences.
• Utilize Shopify CLI, Git and local development workflows to QA and deploy updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Shopify development experience.
• Strong QA, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work EST hours consistently.

Required skills

• Liquid, Shopify schema, JSON templates, metafields, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Replo platform.
• Subscription apps such as Recharge and Skio.
• AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Shopify CLI and Git.

What we offer

• Competitive annual compensation ranging from $36,000 to $48,000 USD.
