About the role

We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s team remotely. You will focus on custom development and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform, especially Customer Service Management (CSM). This role is ideal for candidates passionate about improving service delivery through innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead custom development initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.
• Drive improvements to enhance functionality and performance of ServiceNow CSM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and integration.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
