Senior SAP S/4HANA EWM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA EWM Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation and optimisation of Extended Warehouse Management solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and daily interaction with English‑ and Spanish‑speaking stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation projects from design through go‑live and hypercare.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP EWM solutions.
• Configure and customise SAP S/4HANA EWM to support inbound/outbound processing, putaway, picking, packing, internal movements, physical inventory, replenishment, wave management and handling units.
• Facilitate bilingual workshops and prepare functional specifications for custom developments and system integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers and integration specialists (ABAP, Basis, BTP, etc.).
• Coordinate functional testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and provide production support for complex issues.
• Identify and drive optimisation opportunities across warehouse and logistics processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as an SAP EWM consultant, with proven end‑to‑end S/4HANA EWM implementations.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to Aguascalientes, Mexico, as needed.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
