Senior SAP Finance Consultant

About the role

EY is hiring a Senior Associate in its SAP team to work on various SAP implementation projects for clients around the world. The role is based in Buenos Aires and involves working as part of a team across the phases of ongoing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Work as a team member in different phases of ongoing SAP implementation projects and contribute effectively.
• Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.
• Complete assigned tasks on time and give regular status reports to the manager or lead.

Required profile

• CA/ICWA (ICMA) or MBA in Finance from a reputable institution, with 3-7 years of experience.
• Sound industry/domain experience and SAP-relevant experience.
• End-to-end implementation, rollout, support, upgrade and enhancement experience in the listed SAP Finance and Controlling areas.
• Excellent business communication skills.

Required skills

• SAP Finance: FI New General Ledger, Profit Center Accounting, Accounts Payable, Bank and Asset Accounting.
• SAP Simple Finance: GL Accounting, Asset Accounting, CO Overhead Cost Controlling and Profitability Analysis.
• SAP Finance taxation and withholding taxes, closing activities, validations, substitutions and reporting.
• CO: Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA and Product Costing.
• FI integration with MM, SD, HR and PS.
• Preferred: SAP BPC, SOX, US GAAP, exits, Fiori apps, BO-DS, BW, HANA and reporting tools; SAP Finance/Controlling certification is a plus.
