Senior Regional Fleet Manager – Germany, Austria & Netherlands

About the role

Amazon Logistics is seeking a Senior Regional Fleet Manager to oversee fleet safety, compliance, availability, and customer sentiment across Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. The role combines strategic execution with hands‑on problem solving to ensure our delivery partners operate efficiently and meet Amazon standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits and collaborate with Fleet Compliance and Product teams to guarantee vehicles are roadworthy and meet local regulations.
• Execute existing fleet initiatives, support new product launches, and build mechanisms for delivery‑partner fleet management.
• Influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex operational challenges.
• Manage vehicle operational readiness and cosmetic standards by collecting and analyzing data from multiple fleet sources.
• Travel 30‑40% across the assigned region and occasional trips across Europe.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English (spoken, written, reading).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities and complex projects with many stakeholders.
