Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our growing Palermo office. This full‑time, onsite position offers the chance to start a career in 3PL logistics while working with a dynamic team in Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Book and schedule all shipments for the assigned Account Executive/team.
• Monitor profitability metrics such as revenue, net revenue, load counts and call‑center statistics.
• Communicate directly with Account Executives, leadership, and external partners.
• Identify and resolve capacity shortfalls and ensure all daily loads are covered.
• Assign carriers, develop core carrier relationships, and limit reliance on load boards.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls (minimum 50 each per day) and post shipments to the internal load board.
• Negotiate carrier rates within target profitability thresholds.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, motor carriers, and internal staff while monitoring carrier performance.

Required profile

• Advanced English communication skills (email and phone).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Accurate data‑entry capabilities.
• Analytical problem‑solving mindset with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn; no prior logistics experience required as training will be provided.
