Senior Recruitment Consultant – US Tech Startups (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑growth team and help build world‑class engineering, AI, product and go‑to‑market teams for fast‑moving technology startups in the United States. The role is fully remote, based in Buenos Aires, and focuses on venture‑backed companies from seed to Series D+.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to offer acceptance – for software engineering, AI, data, product and commercial functions.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking and outbound outreach.
• Partner closely with founders, hiring leaders and candidates to deliver a best‑in‑class experience.
• Collaborate with an experienced internal team supporting innovative technology companies.
• Stay informed on hiring trends, emerging technologies and the evolving startup ecosystem.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology.
• Proven track record recruiting for US‑based technology startups.
• Deep understanding of the US tech market and startup ecosystem.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Consultative, relationship‑driven approach and highly organised.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely in a high‑performance environment.
