Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will act as a strategic talent advisor, driving full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across multiple business units. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and CRM systems, generating metrics and dashboards for leadership.
• Represent Thermo Fisher at recruitment events, career fairs, and university outreach.

Required profile

• Advanced degree with 3+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate settings.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume hiring across multiple functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven recruiting insights.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency, preferably Workday.
• CRM system experience.
• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Social media recruiting.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
