Senior Python Full Stack Engineer

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Senior Python Full Stack Engineer who can comfortably work across the entire technology stack. You will help design, build, and maintain scalable web applications that deliver high performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack applications using Python and modern front‑end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Create and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations with FastAPI, Flask or Django.
• Design responsive, reusable front‑end components and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
• Manage databases, cloud services, and deployment pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA engineers and fellow developers.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews and architecture decisions.
• Maintain code quality, application performance and long‑term maintainability.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Python and at least one of FastAPI, Flask or Django.
• Proficiency in React or Angular and solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Clear knowledge of REST APIs, web application architecture and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with testing, debugging and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
