Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects remotely. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high‑impact products and transformations for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and report project results, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company systems, policies and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
• Foster a reliable, communicative work environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze and improve billable utilization, capacity planning and project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and take corrective actions.
• Identify farming opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to enhance organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive IT industry background with strong understanding of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficient English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
