Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. This fully remote position will oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring delivery of high‑impact technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes while coaching and guiding team members.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
• Foster a collaborative environment to retain talent and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze utilization, capacity, and profitability to optimize billable rates.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with deep knowledge of project management and Agile practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑motivation abilities.
• Proficient English (written and spoken) for interaction with global teams and clients.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
