Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, partner with program leadership, and ensure projects meet quality, timeline and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Define scope, success criteria, deliverables, dependencies and resource requirements.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and status reporting cadences.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls and financial monitoring to support profitability.
• Coordinate vendor payments and assist in proposal creation as needed.
• Identify, document and mitigate project risks via a formal risk register.
• Facilitate decision‑making, change control processes and stakeholder alignment across functions.
• Allocate resources and cast optimal cross‑functional teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and senior leadership, providing clear communication and executive‑level reporting.
• Enforce project governance, documentation standards and delivery quality practices.
• Monitor KPIs and champion continuous improvement to strengthen collaboration and execution.

Required profile

• 6+ years of project management experience in technology or software environments, including 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience communicating to executives.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in AI‑augmented environments and familiar with AI‑powered tools or automation workflows.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall, with ability to design hybrid delivery models.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet and Monday.com for tracking and collaboration.
