Senior Project Manager

About the role

Caylent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Cloud Project Management team. The role involves leading multi‑solution cloud engagements for enterprise clients, blending Agile and Waterfall approaches, and ensuring delivery excellence across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex cloud projects, managing backlog, schedule, scope, and budget.
• Develop and maintain multi‑workstream roadmaps, coordinating internal and external dependencies.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate and drive reprioritisation.
• Communicate with client executives, delivery teams, sales, and leadership to align expectations.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support strategic account expansion.
• Mentor junior project coordinators and contribute to internal training initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a client‑facing Project Manager.
• 3+ years in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑solution projects in cloud or technology domains.
