Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives for a leading biopharmaceutical solutions company. The role will be based in Argentina and will operate on US business hours, supporting delivery of enterprise‑scale projects in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale technology programs, coordinating multiple teams and dependencies.
• Drive Agile execution using Scrum, Kanban and SAFe practices, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments.
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, providing clear status updates and executive‑ready reporting.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations through comprehensive RAID logs.
• Maintain project governance, including budgeting, forecasting, spend tracking and decision documentation.
• Partner with functional leaders on resource allocation, capacity planning and alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management within technology delivery environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise‑scale initiatives with cross‑functional dependencies.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and solid understanding of the SDLC.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams and working in matrix organisations.
• Advanced English proficiency and excellent stakeholder management skills.
