Senior Project Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

MRM, a leading multinational digital marketing and advertising company, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee production and coordinate cross‑functional teams. The role ensures timely delivery of complex projects while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple medium‑to‑high complexity projects simultaneously, managing scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, define deliverables, and set clear expectations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate asset deliveries with partners, clients and internal teams, and manage workflow tickets using online collaboration tools.
• Coach and mentor other Project Managers, fostering strong communication between clients, the agency and internal teams.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of project or service management experience in a professional services environment.
• Advanced English (oral and written) and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or Advertising.
• Proven ability to work in deadline‑driven, remote‑friendly settings.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with project planning tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, Notion or Monday.
• Familiarity with production tools and content management systems (Egnyte, JIRA, AEM).
• Knowledge of web technologies, user experience principles and agile methodologies.
