Project Management Sr Associate

About the role

This position supports the delivery of digital marketing projects for Dentsu Argentina’s offshore team, working closely with project managers and account teams across SEO, Paid Search and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, task lists, status trackers and shared documentation.
• Schedule internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes and distribute follow‑ups.
• Track deliverables, approvals and action items, and prepare status reports for managers and account leads.
• Coordinate internal reviews, QA checklists and delivery preparation before client submission.
• Escalate risks, blockers or timeline changes promptly to the project manager.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, administrative support or marketing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools and shared trackers.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, Paid Search, Display, Social or Analytics.
