Senior Producer – Global Creative Agency

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Producer to lead high‑impact audiovisual projects for a global leader in information, analytics, and technology. The role sits within an in‑house creative agency and requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production of video and audio content, from concept to final delivery.
• Develop creative solutions that align with the brand’s global strategy.
• Produce assets for multichannel campaigns, including digital videos, corporate pieces, and podcasts.
• Coordinate studio and on‑location shoots, managing schedules and resources.
• Collaborate with designers, motion designers, copywriters, and other creative teams.
• Work with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling content.
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence tools to streamline production workflows.
• Supervise pre‑production, production, and post‑production, ensuring quality standards.
• Manage external vendors and production resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in audiovisual production, television, film, or a creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality video and audio projects.
• Degree in Film, Communications, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera operation.
• Proficiency with professional video editing software.
• Proficiency with professional audio editing software.
• Experience directing, producing, filming, and editing content.
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative production.
