Senior Paid Advertising Strategist - Ecommerce

Power Digital is seeking a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist to lead performance‑marketing strategy and execution for high‑value ecommerce accounts. The role combines deep channel expertise with advanced measurement techniques to drive business‑critical results while mentoring junior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance‑marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts, ensuring delivery against client goals.
• Conduct thorough QA, manage budget pacing, and advise on budget adjustments.
• Provide expert‑level proficiency in at least two major ad channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube).
• Develop actionable insights from campaign data, maintain testing roadmaps, and drive continuous experimentation.
• Escalate performance risks early and serve as a strategic leader influencing department and account decisions.
• Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance workflows and efficiency.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in an agency setting.
• Hands‑on experience with a minimum of two paid‑advertising platforms (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and the Google/Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong ability to translate data into meaningful insights and communicate them clearly to clients.
