Reporting Analyst – Consumer Packaged Goods

About the role

The Reporting Analyst will translate complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights for CPG clients. You will build automated reports, conduct deep‑dive analyses, and communicate performance stories that drive business outcomes across eCommerce, B2B and B2C channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated performance reports for eComm, B2B and B2C marketing channels.
• Access and analyze data from platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Create weekly, monthly and quarterly performance decks focused on data storytelling.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover optimization opportunities and answer business questions.
• Transform raw data into concise visualizations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign structures and the customer journey.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Data visualization tools: Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio.
• Experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Statistical analysis concepts such as regression modeling and test/control analysis.
