About the role

This contract position (≈15 hrs/week) focuses on creating reinforcement‑learning environments that test AI models on real‑world mobile software engineering challenges. You will design, build, and verify realistic coding tasks for iOS, Android, or cross‑platform apps.

Key responsibilities

Design challenging mobile coding problems that require debugging, feature development, state‑management, or performance optimisation.
Build reproducible environments and deterministic verifiers that accept correct solutions and reject incorrect or hard‑coded ones.
Provide a reference solution for each task, demonstrating a robust implementation.

Required profile

Significant hands‑on expertise in at least one mobile development track (iOS, Android, or cross‑platform).
Deep understanding of mobile architecture, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle.
Proven ability to debug complex apps and deliver performance improvements.

Required skills

Swift (SwiftUI or UIKit)
Kotlin (Jetpack Compose or Android View system)
TypeScript or JavaScript with React Native
Dart with Flutter
