Senior ML Engineer with Python

About the role

Join a cutting‑edge AI platform team building large‑scale machine learning and generative AI solutions for multiple industries, including healthcare. You will design, develop, and operate backend services, APIs and MLOps pipelines that power real‑time decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend systems and micro‑services using FastAPI, async patterns and SQLAlchemy.
• Implement MLOps workflows with MLflow, model versioning, A/B testing and LLM observability (Langfuse).
• Integrate Azure OpenAI, GPT‑4 (including Vision) and other LLM providers with robust retry and error handling.
• Build and orchestrate feature pipelines, real‑time and batch inference, and continuous model training.
• Design multi‑tenant architectures, cost‑optimization strategies and secure data isolation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional Python development.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with machine learning and production LLM systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• Python (async/await, type hints, Pydantic, SOLID principles)
• FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, SQL
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face (LlamaIndex a plus)
• MLflow, model versioning, A/B testing (Langfuse a plus)
• Azure OpenAI, GPT‑4, GPT‑4 Vision
• Celery or similar task queues
• Docker, Azure DevOps pipelines, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes (nice to have)
• Azure services (Key Vault, Blob Storage, Container Registry) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
