Senior Media Buyer – Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer / Paid Media Specialist to lead paid acquisition for a DTC furniture and home‑decor brand targeting US consumers. The role is fully remote and focuses on scaling profitable growth across Meta and Google advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, optimize and scale campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, handling budget allocation, prospecting, retargeting and ongoing testing.
• Collaborate with creative teams on concepts, copy, offers and ad formats, develop testing roadmaps and translate performance insights into creative recommendations.
• Manage Klaviyo email and SMS flows, audience segmentation and testing to boost conversions, repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and contribution margin, identifying opportunities to improve ads, landing pages and product offers.
• Track budget pacing, report results, validate tracking setups and troubleshoot issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on paid media buying experience in DTC brands or agencies.
• Proven management of at least $200,000 monthly ad spend with full responsibility for optimization and results.
• Strong written and verbal English (C1/C2 level) and ability to work independently.
