Senior Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Marketing Coordinator to run the content engine for Moj Mahdara’s brands. You will transform founder conversations, podcasts and ideas into social‑first assets such as Reels, TikToks, carousels and Substack posts, and you will also lead influencer and talent campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form video and social content: write hooks, script, select clips and publish finished posts.
• Plan and execute influencer and talent campaigns from concept through launch.
• Write in Moj’s voice for Substack, newsletters, LinkedIn, captions, decks and outreach copy.
• Turn podcasts, events and meetings into native content for each platform.
• Own the content calendar in Notion and brief designers and video editors.
• Track performance, spot trends early and adjust content strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years in social, content or influencer marketing, preferably with talent, creators, entertainment, beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Social‑native: you have personally created short‑form content that performed well and can show examples.
• Strong writer in fluent English who can adopt another voice without sounding AI‑generated.
• Organised, self‑directed and comfortable working 4 hours overlapping Pacific Time (9 am‑1 pm PT).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion, Canva or Figma for content planning and design.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and AI video generators.
