About the role
We are a fast‑growing vertical SaaS company focused on elective medicine. The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will own the growth strategy for each practice, partnering with the Head of Marketing to design onboarding plans and ongoing roadmaps for existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Co‑develop channel mix, budget allocation, growth targets and sequencing for new and existing practices.
- Build playbooks across PPC, SEO and email, set KPIs and hold the team accountable.
- Manage senior‑level client relationships, lead strategic reviews, present results and handle escalations.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of managers, strategists and specialists across the three channels.
- Define performance benchmarks (CAC, lead quality, organic traffic, email revenue, retention) and own the narrative behind the numbers.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of growth or performance marketing experience, preferably a mix of agency and in‑house roles.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty or aesthetic‑adjacent industries.
- 3+ years of people‑management experience with a track record of coaching and retaining talent.
- Native‑level English fluency and ability to communicate complex data to surgeons and marketing leaders.
- Submission of a short video introduction is mandatory.
