Senior Manager – Deal Analytics (Financial Due Diligence)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Deal Analytics team, focusing on financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. The role combines strategic advisory with deep analytical work, helping clients maximise value in complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial insights using industry expertise and advanced data‑science techniques.
• Collaborate with high‑performing teams to analyse financial statements and interpret accounting, financial and transactional data.
• Leverage Alteryx, Tableau and Excel to transform raw data into actionable insights for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high‑quality, timely deliverables.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering an inclusive and high‑performing environment.
• Uphold PwC’s professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial due diligence or corporate finance advisory.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and team‑building capabilities.
